PARTIES are NOT allowed. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise and/or parties. Those in violation of this rule will be asked to vacate. We use Minut sound monitors. Minut is camera-free. The Minut device only measures decibel levels; it never records conversations, audio, or capture any other sensitive data. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of your neighbors during these hours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
SMOKING: This is a smoke free community. All forms and use of burning, lighted, vaporized, or ignited tobacco products and smoking of tobacco products inside the home is strictly prohibited. $250 fine will be issued for all smoking violations. Smoking should be limited to the designated smoking area.
PETS: 1 dog (only) allowed with additional $150 pet fee. Pet must be disclosed upon initial booking. Please note pet waste should be bagged and disposed of in rear, exterior garbage. If you have any additional requests or questions please reach out prior to booking.
